meeting?
Q: Do creditors typically attend a 341 meeting, also known as a Meeting of Creditors? A: In most cases, creditors do not appear unless they are raising an objection to the discharge of their individual debt, the petitioners exemption claim(s) or the discharge of the case as a whole. Although the meeting is known as a Meeting of Creditors, most debtors will appear and be questioned only by the court-appointed trustee for a few minutes of recorded conversation. If the debtor has retained an attorney, he/she will also attend this meeting.
